CRM exists to develop leaders to help strengthen and start churches worldwide.
In 1980, CRM was born out of a recognized need to see leaders equipped and empowered for the Church. Since its beginning over 30 years ago, CRM has grown into a global community of individuals and teams, committed to seeing the good news of Jesus transform the nations.
Today, we have over 400 staff members serving in 30 countries—in urban, suburban, and rural settings—around the globe. Our staff seek to live out the primary values of character, relationship, mission, and spiritual passion in a wide variety of neighborhoods and ministry contexts. Our work is inspired by a passion for the Church that is as well as a vision for the Church that can be. The heart of this process is developing leaders who are committed to both.
While the work of CRM around the world is diverse and sometimes complex, the purpose remains the same: to develop leaders to strengthen and multiply the Church...so the name of God is renowned among the nations.
