CRM staff live and serve in 30 nations around the world, each pursuing a call unique to their team and context. These ministry teams are gathered into broad communities called collectives, in which they minister with others of like vision and function for the sake of shared learning and ministry collaboration.

ChurchNext
ChurchNEXT is a community of specialized teams fueling missional momentum in leaders and churches. Members of the ChurchNEXT collective are trainers, coaches, encouragers, consultants, mentors, and leaders. They walk in the trenches with leaders and the churches they lead so that the transforming message and work of the kingdom would be released in a lost and broken world.

Ethne
Members of the Ethne collective live and serve in over 15 countries around the world. They cross cultures to empower people groups—peoples sharing a common ethnicity, culture, language, or geographic location. Teams within Ethne have a shared sense of calling to a specific people group or place, usually cross-culturally.

Missional Communities
Members of the Missional Communities collective live and serve in intentional community for the sake of encountering God together, engaging relationship with others, and transforming their neighborhoods...and ultimately the world. Teams within Missional Communities work in urban settings in a variety of locations in North America and abroad.

Orders
Members of the Orders collective hold to rhythms of common prayer, shared work, and a covenanted community life, integrating their intimacy with God and their common mission. Drawing heavily from the inspiration of classic orders within the historical church, teams within the Orders collective fuel the expansion of God's kingdom purposes with creativity and innovation among the poor and with those outside the reach of the existing church.
