COACHING AND MENTORINGRelationships are foundational for spiritual renewal of the individual, the community, and the Church. CRM’s mission to empower leaders to start and strengthen churches worldwide relies heavily on the coaching and mentoring of leaders, because we believe that change happens best in the context of rich and lasting relationships. NieuCOMMUNITIES NieuCommunities focuses on the development of new and emerging leaders. With 10-month programs in cross-cultural urban settings, NieuCommunities staff mentor and do life with those exploring a call to ministry, and who are engaging the post-modern cultural milieu of the West. International Teams In over 25 countries, CRM is putting teams in cross-cultural environments to develop, coach, and mentor Christian leaders in order that existing churches will be revitalized and new, fresh expressions of church will be born. Missio Missio both apprentices and shares experiential learning with incarnational people and communities in a Western context. Missio is for those trying to tangibly reconcile and integrate two passions: love for Jesus and His Church, and love for people who feel far removed from the current expressions of Christ’s Kingdom. In addition Missio apprentices church planters and pastors seeking to transition established churches to more missional forms. ACTS Assessing, Coaching, Teambuilding Strategically – ACTS empowers leaders and churches primarily at the denominational level to discern and develop their ministry calling. reFocusing CRM’s reFocusing team creates safe-place learning communities that integrate the personal renewal of leaders with the revitalization of their churches. Since renewal and revitalization happen best in the context of relationships, we concentrate on long-term coaching and peer-mentoring. reTURN reTURN works with local churches struggling in the midst of transition. We seek to restore churches and leaders to a place of intimacy with God and community with each other. Worship Renaissance Worship Renaissance trains and equips worship artists of all denominations and backgrounds in effective leadership skills.
