- Arrive in Canby in time to get registered and settled into your room before dinner.
- The conference starts with dinner at 5.30 pm on Sunday the 3rd.
- Denny Gradin is coordinating shuttle transportation from the PDX airport (30 minutes away). If you haven’t told Ginny you’d like a shuttle ride, Email Ginny Salas
- Schedule your flights into Portland to arrive by mid-afternoon.
Note: Some people have found they can get cheaper flights flying into Seattle. (It’s a 3 hour drive)
DEPARTURE: Thursday, August 7th- You can depart anytime you like on Thursday morning.
- Breakfast is provided and there is no hurry to leave (But some flights may require earlier departures)
- The final programmed piece of the conference will be the Wednesday evening session.
Safety Note for Vehicles with Children Oregon state law requires that all children must ride in a federally approved car seat until they are at least 4 years old and weigh at least 40 pounds. Infants must ride in rear-facing car seats until they reach both one year of age AND 20 pounds.
Effective July 1, 2007, a new Oregon law further requires that children use a booster seat until they are 4'9" tall, unless they are at least 8 years old. Oregon strongly recommends that children under age 12 ride in the back seat. All Oregon passengers and drivers are required to wear a seat belt.
