Good. CRM isn’t a typical missions agency.

In twenty-five countries and counting, our heart is for the growth and health of the Church that is and that which needs to be.

We focus on the development of leaders, be they homeless young people in San Francisco, indigenous leaders in Venezuela, post-modern church planters in Sydney or established pastors in London.

Around the world we build, strengthen and help multiply the Church through the development of its leaders.

While the appearance of what we do can vary significantly based on context and culture, the following core functions are common to many of our teams:
