What Are You Looking For?
Care and Support Banner

Lonely ... disoriented ... overwhelmed.  These are some of the words CRM staff use to describe the challenges of missionary life. Many are far from home, navigating foreign cultures and languages. Others live simple lifestyles to identify with those they serve. All depend on the generosity of others for their financial support. Such challenges cause nearly half of all missionaries—in the broader missions community—to give up in the first five years.

CRM is an exception.

CRM is committed to a level of development, care and support that keeps our missionaries emotionally strong, financially stable, connected and growing. We believe our people should not just survive, but thrive—wherever God calls them for as long as God calls them.
We do this through a comprehensive combination of proactive education and training, financial, technological, administrative and relational support.

Known as a lifeline to home, these development, care and support functions provide staff in every corner of the world instantaneous communication and access to ministry and administrative resources through internet and computer technology.

Our Staff Development and Care Team—counselors, educators, psychologists, and spiritual directors—travel around the world helping to ensure our staff experience spiritual vitality, a healthy balanced family life and personal/professional growth.

Our financial and administrative staff (the CST--Central Support Team) handle essential services such as processing salaries, ministry expenses, insurances, benefits, and legal affairs.

We exist to place godly, capable, apostolic men and women on the mission field. Our development and recruiting teams continually seek right people and the necessary resources to accomplish this.

How is God calling you to a deeper commitment to his global purposes?  Let’s talk about the significant role you can play in sending, supporting and perhaps becoming messengers of hope around the world!
