InnerChange is called to the poor and the marginalized.  Wherever we go in the world, we look for where the poor are.  This heart has been in us since our beginning in 1985 when John Hayes sought to find where the poor lived in Orange County in Southern California.  He found Minnie Street where apartment buildings overflowed with poor immigrant families from Cambodia, Mexico and Central America.

Today InnerChange has teams serving in the inner cities of Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and San Francisco.  We also have teams in Cambodia, Romania, and Venezuela.  In the coming months a new team will be launched in London, England and we are seriously exploring  starting new teams in Africa and Central America.
