The Hims joined InnerCHANGE and moved to Cambodia in 2002, desiring to build on thier experiences of working with Cambodian refugees in Southern California and Massachusetts, and to use their gifts of evangelism. Jennifer's primary focus at this time is educating and nuturing her children. Heap oversees local leaders who run "Treasures From the Heart" which is an income generating project for those afflicted by HIV/AIDS. Most recently the Hims moved to Kampot Province on July 4, 2009. They will be building relationships with local churches, missionaries, and non-profits so that they can learn how to help in empowering, discipling and mentoring local leaders for Chrsit's Kingdom.

Chris and Samantha Baker Evens moved to Cambodia in 2004 and now live in Kampot, Cambodia. They have two very busy sons, Patrick and Isaac. Chris works in the area of peace and justice with a particular focus on land rights. He also serves as team leader. Samantha serves as chairperson and advisor to InnerCHANGE's HIV/AIDS program in Kompong Cham and serves on the team's leadership council.

Hayden has been serving with InnerCHANGE in Cambodia since 2004. Lately much of his energy has been put into filming the book of Samuel in Khmer with local actors. Hayden is using these films as tools to teach biblical storytelling.

Matt and Heather moved to Cambodia in 2007. Their time and energies are currently focused towards language study, culture learning and general adjustment to life in Cambodia. Heather hopes to explore leadership coaching among young church leaders while Matt is is interested in the possibilities using business to further the Kingdom of God.
