Dave, Lisa, Malachi and Mary Everitt

The Everitt family moved to Cambodia in 1994, helping to establish the InnerCHANGE team here. Along with the Smiths, the Everitts had been working in Southern California with Cambodian refugees. They began their work with church planting and have subsequently shifted their focus to supporting the Khmer church leadership and the rural poor. Dave carries out this ministry in two ways. First, he coordinates a clinic to serve those coming to capital for medical care. Second, he goes out to them, encouraging their churches and being the front door to medical care. Lisa is currently in a support role. Whether to Dave, the team, her teenagers, new missionaries, guests, or the person who 'just shows up', her goal is to make Cambodia "Paradise" to those who enter. Malachi and Mary are both in high school, keeping busy as teenagers do with active academic and social agendas. Living here more than 3/4 of their lives, their worldview is continually expanding and Cambodia remains the place they call 'home.

Heap, Jennifer, Darit, Dara, Chandavy Reaksmy Sambo and Sarah Him

They arrived as a family of five, and Reaksmy joined them a few months after they made the move. In 2005 they adopted Sambo and in 2006 the began working toward adopting Sarah. Jennifer's primary focus at this time is educating and nuturing her children. Heap has created "Treasures From the Heart" which is an income generating project for those afflicted by AIDS. Both Heap and Jennifer have passion and gifting for evangelism and 1:1 mentoring.

Chris, Samantha, Patrick & Isaac Baker Evens

The Baker Evens joined the Cambodia team in 2004. Samantha joined InnerCHANGE in 1998 and worked in both San Francisco and Melbourne, Australia. Chris worked with Urban Neighbours of Hope for nine years in Melbourne, Australia before joining InnerCHANGE. Chris currently works for a small Cambodian organization called "Cheas Ponleu" (Shining Light) that encourages churches to reach out to their neighbors wholistically. Samantha is currently studying for a masters in public health. Their sons, Patrick (born March 2005) and Isaac, (February 2007) keep things from getting dull.

Colombara FamilyDanny, Anita, Silas & Cassia Colombara

The Colombaras moved to Cambodia in 2004, soon after the birth of their first child, Silas. Both Danny and Anita have a passion to use Bible teaching, mentoring and prayer to form leaders who are able to reveal the Kingdom of God in their families, communities and the nation. In January 2007, their second child, Cassia, joined the team. Since returning to Cambodia, Danny has been serving as an advisor to InnerCHANGE Kampong Cham City while Anita has been a full-time mom.

Hayden Sewall

Hayden has been in Phnom Penh for two years, and Southeast Asia for seven. Much of his energy has been put into absorbing the language and culture of Cambodia and InnerCHANGE. In the coming year, he is hoping to gain a broader understanding of discipleship being conducted among Khmer youth.

Kent Sellers

Kent graduated from Humboldt State University after studying natural resource management and lived in the Pasadena area most of the ensuing years where he taught high school biology and worked as a wildlife biologist. He has also been involved in ministry to migrant workers and at-risk urban youth. Kent enjoys hiking, bicycling, gardening and otherwise being in nature. Kent moved to Cambodia in the fall of 2006. He desires to use his background in ecology, sustainable agriculture and teaching science to serve God and facilitate leadership development among the poor.

Matt and Heather Allan

Matt and Heather Allan have recently joined InnerCHANGE.  They are currently in the new staff orientation and support raising phase with plans of joining InnerCHANGE Cambodia in the summer of 2007.  They are very excited to move to Cambodia and are looking foward to sharing Christ's love and mercy with the Khmer people.

Frank and Tina Cho

Frank and Tina arrived in December 2004. With help of Dave Everitt, they set up a dental department at the CSI Clinic inside of Preah Ket Meleah Soldiers Hospital. Their goals for the dental clinic are to serve the dental needs of the poor, train local dentists, and share the gospel. Frank and Tina heard the call to come to Cambodia in 1993 and are happy to have arrived. They are also continuing with their language and cultural training.
