About the Team...

Each member of the Minneapolis team is a part of the Rising church planting fellowship and is involved either with our existing house church (Celebration Community Church) or they are working with one of four sub-teams helping to birth a new house church. The emphasis is on building redemptive relationships in which our love for Jesus can be shared and how the good news of his life, death and resurrection has transformed our lives. This has led us into a variety of arenas to serve others in the name of Jesus. Presently, members of our team are involved in tutoring and mentoring youth, employed by community organizations serving minority peoples, working in the Minneapolis public schools, discipling men and women, and teaming with other local ministries.

What kind of people are we looking for?

Those who are called to work among the urban poor and who share the values and commitments of Innerchange.
Men and women with a love for Jesus and the advancement of his kingdom, a longing to make disciples, and a passion for the church.
Those who value a community on mission, laboring together to plant the church, yet able, at times, to initiate on their own new avenues of ministry.
Those with some provenness in ministry in the areas of evangelism, disciplship, and the ability to gather and to facilitate a group.
Those with a variety of skills and gifts who are desirous to use them on behalf of church planting.
