Nathan & Roxana Burke:
After an initial visit in 1999, Nathan returned to live in Romania in 2001 . In addtion to becoming familiar with the language and culture, Nathan has been learning about ministry to orphans and to the poor by working for many years in ministries started by Romanians.
Nathan's primary focus is working with fatherless children. Today Nathan and Roxana are working with orphans who are transitioning out of the orphanage and into real life. Their aim is to walk along side of these youth--supporting, encourageing, and praying for them as they try to become established on their own.
In 1999, Nathan met Roxana who was involved in her church's ministry with orphan children. However, romance didn't bloom until 2004. In May 2005, Nathan and Roxana were married.

Diane Moss: After 18 years working in administration for an international business, Diane joined InnerCHANGE in 1996. Diane moved to Cambodia, helped start House of Hope, a residential home for former commercial sex workers, and later started Sunrise, an HIV home-based care program and hospice. As of 2006, Sunrise has grown into a community wide program with 120+ local Christian volunteers.
The Cambodian staff of Sunrise will be taking over the leadership of this program and Diane will be moving to Iasi, Romania to serve with the IC team there. First priorities will be language and cultural learning as well as getting to know the team members more deeply. Then the team will discern their next steps.
Diane's personal passion is to see Christians move out of the church building and into the community, reaching those who others have ignored and rejected.
