Where will I live—and with who??

We rent a 4 floor apartment building in the West End of Glasgow. One flat per floor and you will share a flat with another participant. Each place is fully furnished, which includes linens and all the kitchen gear you need for cooking and eating. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and a laundry mat available within walking distance of the flat.

Can we have visitors?

You will find that there are those that are interested in visiting you at some point through out the year.  There are no specific objections to those that are most important to you wanting to check out what you are doing.  However, it is best to partner with your site director in determining when is the best time to welcome out of town guests.  The goal is to minimize the amount of distraction from community and ministry life—as well as protect the intimacy/sanctity of the team if sensitive subjects are being handled or discussed.  You’ll still be expected to be involved in the community activities while your guests are in town, and, when appropriate, they will be invited to join us!

Guest are responsible for finding/booking their own accommodations.
