CRM - Empowering Leaders

CRM's US Ministries is comprised of teams that work across the country empowering leaders and churches to live on mission in a complex and changing culture. We call them iTeams, "innovation teams," because every team is developing creative and courageous approaches to resource the transformation of those we serve.

From churches being planted to existing churches in crisis, from young emerging leaders to established leaders who need to re-clarify their calling, from the challenges of leading worship to the challenges of deep spiritual formation, our teams seek to integrate the transformation of leaders with the missional impact of the church.

We are a missionary force in one of the world's most complex mission fields: North America.

A*C*T*S:  Assessing, Coaching, and Team Building Strategically—empowering leaders and churches to fit and flourish.

Communitas: A developing network of communities who are engaging people beyond the reach of the church. 

Imago Christi:  Enabling leaders and churches to minister in the spiritual authority of intimacy with Christ by developing spiritual formation resources and providing personalized coaching.

Intercession: Facilitating a movement of prayer and intercession that empowers ministry around the world.

Missio:  Apprenticing a global network of missional leaders and communities to create church where it doesn’t exist.

reFocusing:  Moving churches from maintenance to mission by using the power of learning communities to renew leaders, structures and ministries.

reTURN:  Processes to intervene and restore health to local churches experiencing transition, trauma or significant decline.

Urban Mosaic:  Developing leaders and churches that reach and reflect the ethnically diverse people in their communities.

Worship Renaissance:  Developing worship leaders to artistically reveal the invisible Kingdom of God.
