Who Is the reFocusing Team?

CRM's reFocusing Team is committed to living as an authentic, safe, learning community that models innovation and relational empowerment. From a platform of spiritual authority, we will serve the expansion and strengthening of this movement known as reFocusing in order to transform leaders, churches, and systems from maintenance to mission.

We come from seven different denominations, a wide variety of ministry and educational backgrounds, with an unshakable commitment to the local church as God’s chosen vehicle for transforming the world and to those who serve her.

Meet the team:

	Vicki and Charlie Blose Vicki and Charlie live in South Florida where they enjoy warm weather year-round. Prior to joining CRM, Vicki was on staff with an association working with pastors and congregations in the area of church health. Charlie worked for the International Monetary Fund. Both are passionate about the revitalization of God’s church and raising up leaders for the harvest.
	Scott and Laura Eding Scott and Laura live on the eastern coast of southern Florida with their two daughters. God has prepared them with a rich history of reFocusing network experience and pastoral leadership. They are passionate about spiritual formation, leadership development, and missionality.
	Mark Goeser Mark, a native of Southern California, is a proud father, an avid outdoorsman, and a home improvement enthusiast. Having served in missions and pastoral ministry for over twenty years, he comes to CRM with an unbending passion to create local and global support systems that empower indigenous leadership toward transformation and mission. His dream is to see communities flourish as they “father” Christian leaders into lifelong fruitfulness and fulfillment.
	Kirk and Annie Kirlin The Kirlins live in So. Calif, but Kirk is a die hard Red Wings fan. Prior to joining CRM they have served in two different churches - one ofwhich was a church plant - and have had their own business. They are passionate about coaching leaders through the impediments that hinder growth and effectiveness.
	Stan and Marilyn Troyer Stan and Marilyn, who are proud grandparents, live insouthern Michigan where Stan loves to hunt and fish.  The Troyers have served as missionaries in Nigeria, pastored local churches, andministered to multiple churches in a regional denominational position. They are passionate about empowering and releasing leaders effectively.
	Jeff and Kate White Jeff and Kate live near Portland, Oregon where Jeff is an off-road, four-wheel drive nut.  They have been with CRM fifteen years, serving first in Hungary and now in the Pacific Northwest.  They have used the reFocusing processes in a variety of contexts as they live out their passion to be a source of encouragement to pastors and ministry leaders.
	David and Becky Zimmerman David and Becky live in Atlanta with three sports minded teenage boys.  They joined CRM after over 21 years in pastoral ministry.  They are passionate not only about ministering to pastors that are isolated and discouraged, but about stewarding a reFocusing movement across North America. As the National ReFocusing Team Leader, David's role is to prayerfully steward the movement of reFocusing across the nation as a   servant-leader, empowering, developing, and serving those being lead.
