Network Facilitator Training Events

Focusing Leaders:         Phase One Network Facilitator Training

This five day event exposes participants to the personal renewal process used in the reFocusing Network and trains them to facilitate a group of leaders through phase one of the reFocusing Network.

This training utilizes a discovery-oriented, learning-community-based approach. Attention is also given to an overview of the two-phase reFocusing process and its implications for network participants as well as their churches.

Who Should Attend?

Denominational leaders, pastors, and other ministry leaders who have an interest in revitalizing other leaders and churches; those who have heard about and want initial exposure to the reFocusing process; as well as those who know they want to lead reFocusing Networks.

Focusing Ministry:         Phase Two Network Facilitator Training

The second phase of the reFocusing Network requires specific training for facilitators, because they will be coaching pastors who are providing leadership to their churches during a critical time of change. This event trains participants to guide their reFocusing Network through the second phase of the process.

This training is a five-day interactive event that addresses the internal challenges of leading change and renewal in the church as well as the corporate activities of the process.

Who Should Attend?

Those who want additional exposure to the reFocusing process and those preparing to lead phase two of a reFocusing Network. All attendees must have attended phase one network facilitator training.

When Should I Attend?

Based on the principle of "just-in-time learning," the ideal time to attend is about mid-way through completion of the first Phase One Network you are leading.  Therefore, plan ahead. This training is required before phase two of the network can begin.
