The SDCTeam seeks to help ensure that all CRM staff experience Spiritual Vitality; Healthy, Balanced Lives and Families; and Personal and Professional Development. Some of the ways we work for these include the following:

CRM Assessments: Assessing new and current missionaries to ensure they are adequately prepared for and growing toward maximum effectivees.

Providing Community and Family Care: Providing care for individuals and teams on the field through visits and consultations; includes support for singles, couples, parenting, life-stage issues, women's and men's issues, CRM corporate culture and family systems, executive team, and office staff.

Counseling: Providing counseling, preventative care, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution for individuals, families and teams.

Spiritual Health and Support: Valuing Spiritual Health and Support as well as spiritual coaching, mentoring, and direction to staff who desire to draw closer to Jesus.

Development and Leadership Training: Delivering a range of transformational training and personal enrichment opportunitiess for leaders and staff as personal and ministry needs emerge.
