An InnerCHANGE apprenticeship is a formation journey with an InnerCHANGE team. It is a 1-year commitment in the United States, and a 3-year commitment internationally. With the help of able leaders in a supportive environment, apprentices live and serve in a poor community. Together, we will discover who God made you to be and whether you are called to a life of ministry among the poor with InnerCHANGE.
