Internships are short-term experiences of life and ministry on an InnerCHANGE team, ranging from 6 weeks to 11 months in length. The focus of an internship is on discernment in the context of service. As you serve with InnerCHANGE, we aim to guide you into greater understanding of who God made you to be and whether you might be called to longer-term ministry among the poor.
Each internship’s length of time, specific role, mentoring plan, and other considerations are arranged with the team leader ahead of time.
