Are you considering joining CRM staff long-term? Our staff develop leaders who strengthen and start churches and movements of churches around the world. Our work with these leaders is always centered around relationship, but is expressed in many forms. Some of our staff work with pastors and denominational leaders. Some live among the poor in cross-cultural settings. Some live in community and work to ignite new expressions of Church in postmodern contexts. Individuals who join CRM are passionate about this vision, know how their calling aligns with it, and choose to give their lives to pursuing it.
The process of becoming a part of the ministry of CRM starts as an informal experience of forming relationships with current staff, sharing your journey, and getting to know the culture and vision of CRM and how that is expressed in various ministries.
