Finding ways to bring hope to people in France is not as easy as it might seem. Many Western Europeans have given up on the idea of God. The culture in general is committed to a philosophy of rationalism, the idea that the truth can best be discovered by reason and factual analysis, rather than faith, dogma or religious teaching. They are highly skeptical of anything representing organized religion.
In the middle of this, the Ketcham family has been living and working in Tours for a number of years. As time goes by, they are finding unique ways to help to create community and to build relationships in authentic ways. One of these is the Music Night at Les Joulins...
