In December of 2004, one of the most devastating tsunamis in recorded history hit the north coast of the island of Sumatra in Indonesia.
Responding to the desperate need, Indonesian Christians joined in the relief effort, sacrificing much to provide assistance to people whose lives had been destroyed. In the process, facing situations they had never seen before, they found themselves in need of help. They were realizing that they needed training in how to care for and lead their teams in these very difficult circumstances.
For the past several years, Keith has been working to build coaching networks for church workers all across Indonesia. When the tsunami came, they called him to come spend a few days in Banda Aceh...
