CRM Empowering Leaders

CRM's presence in Hungary began in 1985 and eventually became a Conext partner in 2002. The team, now led by national Hungarian leaders, is called Barnabas Csoport.

Armed with a focus on relationship-fueled leadership development, the team trains Hungarian leaders in leading, mentoring, community development, and spiritual formation. Whether a denominational leader, pastor, church planter, emerging leader, or lay leader, Barnabas Csoport desires to empower others with the opportunity for Kingdom impact.

Barnabas Csoport uses a mix of peer learning communities and long-term relationship building. They work with leaders — both established and emerging — throughout the country. Not only does such leadership development empower individual leaders, but it also strengthens existing churches and helps plant new ones.
