The purpose of the Ethne Hispanic Ministries team in the Pacific Northwest is to minister among Hispanic pastors and leaders. We do this by working in local Hispanic churches, getting to know new leaders through our participation in a local Hispanic Bible Institute, and networking with those we have already gotten to know.

Many of these immigrant pastors and leaders have come from a social economic base, which has made education a key element in the way we serve them. It also provides an inroad to get to know them. While offering formal education events is important, it is the informal times of sharing together, which have been key in shaping the lives and ministry of these fresh leaders God has given us the opportunity to serve. God has also opened the doors for us to work within two Hispanic church associations, the Mennonite Brethren and the Conservative Baptist.
