In Spain, there is a significant lack of fresh and relevant expressions of the Church that draw in absent and lost generations, especially those in their 20s-40s. New churches need to be birthed and healthy leaders developed, so that the society may move toward redemption, reconciliation, and renewal.

In Málaga, we are two teams: Ethne and Staff Development & Care (SDCT), yet one community that shares rhythms of life and prayer together. Our purpose is to discern what God is doing and wants to do with the local church and its leaders -- to be a part of the discovery process in their lives so that they can authentically live out their calling to inspire their churches to do the same so that God is known in Spain. We desire to be an incarnational and missional presence in a generation of emerging leaders.

Ministry

Currently, we are working on initial entry projects; assimilating within the Spanish culture; observing the context of the local church; and understanding the dynamics of church leadership. We aim to facilitate spiritual discovery processes for both existing and emerging leaders so that they can identify God's clear and present call on their lives and respond to his kingdom adventures -- birthing transformation and leaders for Jesus, impacting the Church in Spain.
