CRM Empowering Leaders

CRM's presence in Venezuela began in 1992 in the nation's largest city and capitol, Caracas, with a CRM-US staff as director. Today, a Venezuelan national serves as director and Venezuela is now a CRM Conext partner—achieving the identity of an independent, sister organization. CRM Venezuela (CRMV) is also a sending entity, with staff in North Africa and Miami, FL. All members of CRMV, except one, are Venezuelan nationals.

Ministry

The mission of CRMV is to serve the church by strengthening its leaders to produce growth and multiplication of leaders and new churches. The vision entails Venezuelan leaders—characterized by integrity, intimacy with God, healthy relationships and focus on using their gifts—strengthening other leaders in their passion and faithfulness to God’s call. The hope of CRMV is for the Venezuelan church to be an active Bible-based community—growing in holiness, multiplying disciples of Jesus and churches, and extending the gospel for the glory of God.

Currently, CRMV staff are engaging training seminars for pastors and leaders of major Venezuelan cities, as well as leaders of many denominations and para-church organizations. CRMV aims to create a movement of safe environments of grace for pastors and leaders to share, to seek honesty and integrity. They train and mentor church planters and home Bible study leaders, while cultivating a network of CRM coaches who have the vision, passion, and gifts to train, strengthen, and mentor pastors and leaders.
