URBAN MINISTRYUrban centers from San Francisco to Singapore are staggeringly cross-cultural, economically diverse, and constantly evolving. CRM seeks to train and equip leaders to effectively carry out God’s mission for the Church in this rapidly changing environment. InnerCHANGE InnerCHANGE is a Christian order among the poor. This community of missionaries lives in marginalized neighborhoods around the world and seeks to incarnationally live out the good news of Jesus, in word and in deed, among those in great need. NieuCOMMUNITIES NieuCommunities focuses on the development of new and emerging leaders. With 10-month programs in cross-cultural urban settings, NieuCommunities staff mentor and do life with those exploring a call to ministry, and who are engaging the post-modern cultural milieu of the West. International Teams In over 25 countries, CRM is putting teams in cross-cultural environments to develop, coach, and mentor Christian leaders in order that existing churches will be revitalized and new, fresh expressions of church will be born. Communitas A movement of intentional Christian communities within CRM, Communitas is called to engage those beyond the reach of the existing church. In each unique ministry site, the Communitas team invests deeply in the local setting, creating fresh and culturally relevant expressions of church while empowering local emerging leaders.
Urban Mosaic Urban Mosaic equips urban churches to reach and reflect their multicultural communities. We coach, mentor, connect, and equip church planters, pastors, and leaders in culturally and ethnically diverse urban settings. |
